I deeply appreciate your feedback. Sometimes it takes an outsider to understand what is happening in another place. I find my own countrymen are often indifferent to some of the aspects of our culture that could most use addressing.

I suppose the same things are there in Australia: distaste for people who are poor, stigma of the mentally ill, religious fundamentalism, etc. These are just so plentiful right now in our country.
