It’s always a goal to do just as you say, but unfortunately I fail time and again. I write political articles, and have done so for many years, a few of them for the controversial PoliticusUSA.com. After I left they got called out as being click-bait or having misleadingly headlines, but I have like 100 articles there.
So you would think I would be able to just walk away or write that excellent response you wrote when I get trolling comments every time.
My Achilles’ heel is my emotional conditions. From Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder to Bipolar II to ADD to Binge Eating Disorder to Compulsive Hoarding, I literally spend three hours of my week directly in different kinds of therapy to help me handle my emotions.

- Panic disorder
- Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder
- Major Depression
- Generalized Anxiety Disorder
- Bipolar Disorder
- Schizophrenia
- Addiction
- Any one of Numerous Personality Disorders
- PTSD
- ADHD
That’s a lot of people with the potential to overreact. I have made it a specific goal to work on being more like you.
